Travel with me to the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes! We visited for my niece’s 8th birthday and had the BEST time. This resort is incredibly family-friendly, with endless activities, amazing dining, and so much to do for both kids and adults, and of course I’m sharing all my outfits and makeup go-to’s from the trip, too.
ITINERARY
We booked a spacious suite with two king beds, three bathrooms, a living room, three additional rooms, and a bunk bed the girls loved! It had plenty of space for all of us, and the views of the pool were stunning. The resort even surprised the birthday girl with a sweet birthday treat in the room!
We reserved the Oasis Cabana at the pool for the day, followed by a glow stick party for the kids and fireworks at night. The cabana included a fruit platter, chips and salsa, a private pool, and a fire pit, along with so many other amazing amenities. 10/10 recommend! We also enjoyed the main pool, lazy river, and water slides, which were a huge hit with the girls.
We took the girls to see America’s Got Talent star Drew Thomas’ Magic Show, and it was absolutely INCREDIBLE. He is so talented, and the girls’ jaws were on the ground—they’re still talking about it! Drew and his family were the sweetest, and beyond being entertaining, the show had such a meaningful message about spreading kindness.
For dinner, we ate at Primo, an Italian restaurant that was absolutely delicious. They even surprised the birthday girl with a special birthday dessert to celebrate.
